The Requirement

The Solution – Mini Step For Max Resonance
Following top names like Sephora and Benefit Cosmetics, MAC unveiled its first-ever vending kiosk in 2018. Designed exclusively for travel-sized products, the Little MAC vending machine stocked everything from lipsticks, mascaras, foundations, eye shadows, lip balms, make-up wipes and more hand-bag must-haves.

Positioned in strategized locations, the vending machines allowed easy product selection, simple payment methods and 24/7 accessibility, highlighting instant gratification for seamless brand interaction.
Initially a pop-up concept for London Fashion Week, MAC Global Senior Artist Dominic Skinner rolled out a teaser for fans in his Instagram post, asking if they would like to see more of these Kiosks in the future. The response was phenomenal.
